Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Olivia is responsible for all areas of operations, overseeing all the teams working on platform operations, creative operations and customer excellence. She is also responsible for operations strategy and planning, and everything related to business operations.

She holds a Bachelor of International Trade from Brussels, including Chinese Society & Business at Fudan University in Shanghai, and a Master of International Business from Regent’s University in London.

She acquired skills through her varied professional experiences such as her ability to work and lead teams, solving problems and using her resources efficiently to provide quality outputs for the company.
